Morning Star Women's Health and Birth Center is pleased to invite you to explore the many services we have available to pregnant women. We are committed to offering holistic maternity care in the Midwives' Model of Care©, and to empower expecting mothers and families through principles of education, communication and shared decision making.
 We happily provide birthing options to women and families at our Menomonie, WI center (shown at right) from many counties of northwestern Wisconsin and eastern Minnesota. We serve the Twin Cities metro area at our St. Louis Park, MN center.

Morning Star Dad's Group
Relax and enjoy an hour of conversation. Discuss with other dads the strategies they use to find their rhythm and role in pregnancy, labor, breastfeeding and fatherhood.
Our dads group meets each month on the 2nd clinic Saturday from 10:00 - 11:00 a.m. You DO NOT need to be a Morning Star client to attend this free group. See you there, DADS!

Join us for a pregnancy and postpartum fitness class each Wednesday afternoon from 3:00-4:00 p.m. This class is for ALL levels of fitness and is taught by personal trainer Nathan Fears from Hopkins Fusion. COME SWEAT WITH US and enjoy that great feeling of getting (back) into shape! $10.00 per session; no registration is required.
